Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return

Provide your order number and reason for return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@nioran.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions within 24-48 hours.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If the return is due to a defective product or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you need to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will guide you through the exchange process and help you place a new order if needed.

Certain items are non-returnable, including digital gift cards and final-sale clearance items. Any item marked as non-returnable will be explicitly noted on its product page.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
